As a decisive and visionary leader of EnGenius, she has been instrumental in formulating and driving strategic initiatives to steer EnGenius’s growth and monitoring the enterprise’s delivery of industry-leading and agile solutions to the clients through disciplined execution.

Ann is a qualified accountant and a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA).

Steven holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from The Open University of Hong Kong, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Hong Kong Baptist University and a Doctor’s Degree in Business Administration from The University of Newcastle, Australia. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Management and a Professional Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management.

As a forward-looking HR strategist with strong background in administration and management, Steven encompasses the planning and implementation of EnGenius’s business strategies and manages operational efficiency to ensure EnGenius’s lasting success to meet the dynamic needs for talents in the market.

With broad experience in professional development, human resources and project management as well as administration, Wilfred held various key managerial positions in many leading corporations, including K. Wah International Holdings and Chun Wo Development Holdings Limited.

Leveraging the combined strengths of his proven operational and management experience and extensive liaison network with the staff and EnGenius’s business partners, Wilfred is committed to drive EnGenius towards its strategic and sustainable growth by establishing long-term partnerships with clients and going beyond their expectations.
